Judging by your scheduled game between Steers and Montana's I assume our game will be defaulted against Montana's. Just wanted to throw out a thank you for your quick reply to me regarding this issue. I'm way too lazy to get into this today, and don't care enough to blow this into something really big, but I wouldn't feel right if I didn't tell you I was a tad dissapointed that not only did I not get the answer I wanted, I didn't get an answer period. Is it common practice to just ignore the problem and hope it goes away. It's absolutely pathetic that I had to get my answer by reading unrelated posts. Get your nuts together, maybe take a course in business etiquette, and at least have the decency or balls to get back to someone about an issue they have. And for the record, the 1500 dollars we pay registration is what gives me the right to be as pissed off as I am

You may want to try e-mailing him directly as he usually responds quickly.

Did I miss something.. ??..When did Dennis get a promotion.....Business etiquette doesn't involve carving someone up like this! At least I didn't take that course when I graduated....It is true that this league has problems and Mesalla aka Dennis is not one of them!

Email me at the address provided by Gord; I don't really see the point in discussing anything via this forum but drop me an email if you wish.

I'm not writing you an e-mail. The forum is here to let people express their opinion so here's mine. Dennis scheduled my game, Dennis cancelled my game two days before, Dennis didn't bother to send me an e-mail telling me that it was changed, and so we lost by default and in turn gave them an easy win. If we had of beat them Steers insurance or us are in the playoffs and it's a whole different playoff picture. So yeah, I blame Dennis. Not only did I write him and ask him, I watched him as he replied to other posts and blatanly ignored mine clearly marked "Dennis" Either way I'm not writing you an e-mail because it's not going to get me anywhere and I'm going to get a lame excuse that he could have just as easily given me a week ago, and at least then I would have appreciated that I got an answer even if I didn't like it. You'll notice that I haven't wrtten in the forum prior to this because I don't care enough to kick up a stink about small things, but when my team and other teams gets screwed out of playoff spots because of mistakes by the administration, then I have a real problem with it. I've said before that we pay a lot of money to play in this league, all up front without any questions. Unfortunately there is no other real option for us to play league wise so if we don't like something about the league then too bad.... Something has to change, and teams need to start making their oinions heard

No matter how this situation plays out and how you feel about the decision that was made, you really should be checking this board more than once a week (if indeed you are the team captain, as you implied in a previous post). Especially at this time of year, when games are constantly being re-scheduled. What if Montana's could not field a team that night and posted a message the day before your game, saying that they would not be at the field? You wouldn't even have known....

Either way your team wouldn't have been in the playoffs. If you had beaten Montanas then you would have been 5-5-1 and steers still would have been 6-5 giving them the final playoff spot. I didn't hear the steers team on here complaining when they had to play a tiebreaker not even when they lost the tiebreaker. Also if Dennis didn't send you guys an email I guess he never sent the Montanas team an email either to let them know it was changed ( but they still showed up on such short notice) Also I heard the serie between JJ and Mon is tied at 1 game apeice with both being decided by 1 run so maybe the better teams are in the playoffs. Just my opinion

For the record tit head, we would have been 6-4-1 which is better than 6-5, which would have put us in. Not to mention if we took our overall records from the entire year we'd be 15-11-2, steers would be 12-16-0 and you guys would be 11-17-0...yeah so clearly the two best teams made it in...that made a pile of sense end of discussion on my part, just making a point that things should be changed for next year

Bottom line, someone on budlight should have been checking the message board. No one in this league can be oblivious to how random and badly it has been ran this year, so you check it all the time, like said above even more so now at the end of the season when everything is crazy. It seems awful important to you that you didn't make the playoffs because of this and ever since you have been on here everyday leaving messages and examining the stats to argue with jc, and i won't be saucy so don't call me names and from what i can tell dennis is doing the best he can with what he has been given. So good luck next year.
