We're going to rank the teams as best we can with one so-called B team in each division. The 6 winners would then advance and if everything went according to our rankings, that would mean the 6 current B teams would move on but I would be surprised if there wasn't an upset in there somewhere. Having 3 weak C teams in the same division won't happen and keep in mind that you're playing teams outside of your own disvision.

Schedulers usually look at these things to ensure the divisions are as equal as possible. I'm guessing that Craig would put some of the better "C" teams in that division to keep it competiitive.

I created the divisions and I had one B team per division along with two C teams. Then, with six divisions, I had D1 play D6, D2 play D5 and D3 play D4 and it winds up with the B teams playing one of their own plus two C teams with the reverse being true for the C squads. Then the divisional winners move on to the B playoffs while the other 12 teams stay in C for their playoffs with seeds 1-4 getting a bye and then 5-12 playing an opening round of playoffs, then the field whittles to eight, four and so on and so forth.
BTW, the sked would be released by now but a team pulled out of D so now we've got to re-configure the D bracket while trying to keep the gametimes and field locations as close to originally planned as possible.
